The Oregon DEQ and its supporting agencies and staff are the real thrust behind making the PREDATOR models a reality.

David Huff (formerly of Oregon DEQ) was instrumental in building the models and sharing the model nuts and bolts with Xerces staff so it could be passed on to a broader audience.

Numerous watershed councils and agencies provided datasets that were used to learn the ins and outs of the models and use the lessons to provide guidance to a much larger audience in how to effectively analyze their data using the PREDATOR models. These individuals and organizations include:
