Matching Gifts

Many employers will match charitable contributions made by employees, retirees, and sometimes even spouses. This means your gift will have double the impact on our efforts to protect invertebrates! Please ask your employer if they have a matching gift policy. After making your donation, most employers will require you to complete a matching gift form and send it in to the Xerces Society. We’ll take care of the rest!

Workplace Giving

Many employers organize employee giving campaigns that allow employees to make one time or periodic donations to select charities through payroll deductions. Encourage your employer to participate in such a campaign and see if Xerces is a possible recipient.

Xerces participates in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC #18360), which is the largest workplace giving campaign in the nation. If you are a federal employee or in the military and would like to give to the Xerces Society through the CFC, please enter the code #18360 on your pledge card during the next fund drive.

Xerces participates in EarthShare, a nationwide network of certified member charities engaged in environmental protection. Hundreds of workplaces across the country partner with EarthShare to connect their employees with effective environmental charities. Please look for our name on your EarthShare charities list, or visit EarthShare’s website to learn how to bring giving to your workplace.
